目的 :建立用反相高效液相色谱内标法梯度洗脱同时测定金银花中绿原酸、咖啡酸、 3,5 -二咖啡酰奎尼酸含量的方法 ,并对 4个产地 3种金银花中上述 3种化合物进行定量分析。方法 :采用岛津CLC -ODS柱 (6 0mm× 15 0mm) ,甲醇 - 10 %的磷酸氢二钠和醋酸缓冲液流动相不同比例进行梯度洗脱 ,内标物为水杨酸 ,检测波长 30 4nm。结果 :西南地区金银花药材主流商品灰毡毛忍冬、细毡毛忍冬干燥花蕾中绿原酸、咖啡酸、 3,5 -二咖啡酰奎尼酸含量高于山东、河南产金银花。结论 :本法灵敏快速 ,准确可靠
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and 3,5-dibuteoylquinic acid in honeysuckle by gradient elution using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with internal standard method. The above three compounds were quantitatively analyzed. METHODS: A gradient elution was performed using a Shimadzu CLC-ODS column (60 mm×150 mm), methanol- 10% disodium hydrogen phosphate and acetic acid buffer as the mobile phase, and the internal standard was salicylic acid. The detection wavelength was 30. 4nm. Results : In the southwest area, the main commercial products of honeysuckle medicinal materials were the chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and 3,5-d-caffeoylquinic acid in the dried buds of Lonicera macranthoides and Lonicera macranthoides, which were higher than those in Shandong and Henan. Conclusion : This method is sensitive, fast, accurate and reliable
