参照国内外数种鲍饵料配方，添加十几味中草药及促生长激素，设计出５种饵料配方，对１．５～２．２ｃｍ的鲍苗进行投喂试验。结果９４－４Ｆ２配合饵料效果最佳，水温上升前期（１２．８～２６．６℃）的日增长速度是９６．９μｍ，日增重２０．９ｍｇ，分别比饲喂海带对照组提高３０．３μｍ、７ｍｇ。在水温上升后期（２６．６～２９．６℃）的成活率是９２．７％，比对照组提高１８．３％。１９９４年１０月专家鉴定认为，本研究成果经济效益显著，居山东省先进水平。
With reference to several kinds of bait recipe at home and abroad, adding more than a dozen Chinese herbs and somatotropin, five kinds of bait recipe were designed and fed on 1.5 ~ 2.2cm abalone. Results The results showed that 94-4F2 had the best effect with bait, and the daily growth rate was 96.9μm and the daily gain was 20.9mg at the early stage of water temperature rise (12.8 ~ 26.6 ℃), which increased by 30.3μm , 7mg. The survival rate in the later stage of water temperature rise (26.6 ~ 29.6 ℃) was 92.7%, which was 18.3% higher than the control group. In October 1994, it was appraised by experts that the economic benefits of this research result were significant and ranked the advanced level in Shandong Province.
