患者男,27岁,农民,因左颈部包块伴面色苍白5个月入院。患者于16年前被火药枪打伤左侧颈部,当时未发现包块及疼痛。1年前始出现夜尿,2～3次/晚,5个月前于左颈部胸锁关节外上方出现一包块,进行性增大,偶有疼痛,伴面色苍白。近一周来以上症状加重,伴不规则发热。尿常规示蛋白++,红细胞+,拟诊“慢性肾小球肾炎,左颈动静脉瘘”入院。体查:T38.8℃,P106次/分,BP17/9kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg),重度贫血
