~(131)Ⅰ治疗甲亢合并周期性麻痹已有报道,我们治疗2例效果满意,现举1例报告如下。 例1,女,33岁,因突眼、心慌、消瘦、多食4年,服他巴唑无效,出现下肢无力行动不便半年,以甲亢并周期性麻痹入院。检查:心率126次/min,血压17/10kPa,眼球轻度外突,甲状腺弥漫性肿大Ⅱ°。双手平伸震颤(+),双下肢肌力Ⅲ～Ⅳ级。ECG示窦性心动过速,T_3490ng％,T_4160μg％,吸碘率3h41％,24h60.7％。给予~(131)Ⅰ185MBq1次口服,出院后继续服他巴唑10mg每日2次,心得安10mg每日1次,6月后症状完全消失,肌力恢复,体重增加6公斤,T_3110ng％,T_411.5μg％。第2年生一对双胞健康儿,已随访9年
