二十年前中央召开的十一届三中全会已成为中国共产党发展史上的界碑。以十一届三中全会为起始标志的新时期的二十年,是在邓小平理论指导下改革开放的二十年;是中国历史上又一次发生翻天覆地变化的二十年;是中国人民沿着有中国特色社会主义道路阔步前进的二十年;也是邓小平理论形成发展在全党得以确立的二十年。本文试就邓小平理论的历史地位问题,谈几点浅见,并以此纪念十一届三中全会召开二十周年。
Twenty years ago, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party Central Committee has become the landmark of the history of the Chinese Communist Party. Twenty years of the new era, marked by the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, are two decades of reform and opening up under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory; another twenty years of earth-shaking changes in Chinese history; Twenty years of striding forward along the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics; it is also the twentieth year in which the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping Theory has been established in the entire Party. This article tries to make some humble opinions on the historical status of Deng Xiaoping Theory and commemorates the twentieth anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee.
