目的对绝经后妇女血清中E2、N-MID、PTH、β-CTX水平进行比较,探讨它们在PMOP发病机理中的作用。方法选取51例绝经前妇女为正常对照组,56例绝经后妇女为观察组,对两组E2、N-MID、PTH、β-CTX水平进行比较,并对N-MID、PTH、β-CTX与E2进行相关性分析。结果观察组E2比正常对照组有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组N-MID、PTH、β-CTX水平比正常对照组有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组N-MID、PTH、β-CTX与E2呈负相关。结论E2水平下降是PMOP发生的主要原因,E2、N-MID、PTH、β-CTX水平可作为PMOP的诊断与治疗依据。
Objective To compare the serum levels of E2, N-MID, PTH and β-CTX in postmenopausal women and explore their roles in the pathogenesis of PMOP. Methods Fifty-one premenopausal women were selected as normal control group and 56 postmenopausal women as observation group. The levels of E2, N-MID, PTH and β-CTX were compared between the two groups. The levels of N-MID, PTH, Correlation analysis with E2. Results The E2 level in observation group was significantly lower than that in normal control group (P <0.01). The levels of N-MID, PTH and β-CTX in observation group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01) P <0.01). N-MID, PTH and β-CTX in the observation group were negatively correlated with E2. Conclusion The decrease of E2 level is the main reason of PMOP. The levels of E2, N-MID, PTH and β-CTX may serve as the basis for diagnosis and treatment of PMOP.
