本文为日本都首都圈基本规划的变迁为对象,通过对第一手资料的文献研究.从制定东京都首都圈基本规划的背景开始,重点对第1~3次的首都圈基本规划内容、修订的历史背景及其成果进行了分析和比较.通过研究,明确了现在形成的东京都首都圈的“多极分散型网状结构”的早期规划的基础和变迁过程.“,”This research focuses on the evolution of the planning of Metropolitan Region of Tokyo. Three plans were compared through analysis on following aspects: (1) circumstances of urban planning before the first plan was established; (2) constitution process of each plans; (3) changes of their contents. The accomplishments of the third plan were also evaluated.
