首次讨论了含有CCII网络的交互互易性,提出了将电压模式CCII网络转换成相应的电流模式网络的伴随网络方法;应用此方法提出了基于CCII的电流模式连续时间双二阶滤波器。讨论了CCII的非理想特性对该滤波器的影响,提出了相应的补偿措施。针对所提出的滤波器电路方案,完成了MOS管级的SPICE仿真,仿真结果表明所提出的电流模式网络的构成方法以及提出的电流模式滤波器方案正确。
This paper discusses the interaction reciprocity of CCII network for the first time and proposes a concomitant network method to convert the voltage mode CCII network into the corresponding current mode network. A CCII based current mode continuous time biquadratic filter is proposed. The influence of non-ideal characteristics of CCII on the filter is discussed, and the corresponding compensation measures are proposed. For the proposed filter circuit scheme, the MOS tube-level SPICE simulation is completed. The simulation results show that the proposed method of the current mode network and the proposed current mode filter scheme are correct.
