研究了在非离子表面活性剂存在下镍与2-(2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(BTAEB)的胶束显色反应。实验结果表明,在微酸性(pH 5.5—6.5)介质中,在Triton X 100存在下镍能与BTAEB形成稳定的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于625nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.47×10~5。是目前镍与杂环偶氧试剂显色反应中是敏度较高者之一。反应具有较高的选择性,但钴和铜对镍的反应有较严重干扰。方法已用于钢铁试样中微量镍的测定,结果满意。
The micellar color reaction of nickel with 2- (2-benzothiazolylazo) -5-diethylaminobenzoic acid (BTAEB) was studied in the presence of non-ionic surfactants. The experimental results show that nickel can form a stable blue complex with BTAEB in the presence of Triton X 100 in a slightly acidic pH 5.5-6.5 medium with a maximum absorption peak at 625 nm and a molar absorptivity of 1.47 × 10 -5 . It is one of the most sensitive ones in the color reaction between nickel and heterocyclic oxygen reagent. The reaction has a high selectivity, but cobalt and copper have a more serious interference with the reaction of nickel. The method has been applied to the determination of trace nickel in steel samples with satisfactory results.
