一、工业化与信息化的关系。信息化主要表现为大力发展信息产业和用信息技术改造传统产业两个方面的过程。工业化与信息化之间存在密切的联系,一方面工业化是信息化的基础,另一方面信息化能够在更高层次上带动工业化。我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,要发挥后发优势,实现生产力的跨越式发展,这就要求我们不能走发达国家走过的在工业化之后推行信息化的老路,而必须将工业化与信息化在时空上合二为一,即在工业化的进程
