王晓明的《潜流与漩涡:论二十世纪中国小说家的创作心理障碍》作为“新时期”一部作家论式的学术著作在文学研究界一直有着举足轻重的地位,其中的学术研究方法不仅在当时有着开风气之先的重要作用,而且一直影响着此后的文学研究进程。本篇文章从其采用的主要分析方法,即精神分析方法入手来展开说明,并通过对其他方法如文学史方法、文化史方法、思想史方法的观照,来探寻这部著作的学术研究方法,同时也揭示出一代学人的责任心与精神风貌。
Wang Xiaoming’s Submarine and Whirlpool: A Psychological Barrier to the Creation of Chinese Novelists in the Twentieth Century, as an Author-style Academic Writer in the New Period, has always played a decisive role in the literature research community. At that time, it had an important role in opening up the atmosphere and always influenced the later literary research process. This article starts with its main analysis method, that is, psychoanalytic method, and explores the academic research methods of this work through other methods such as literary history method, cultural history method and thought history method, It also reveals the responsibility and mentality of a generation of scholars.
