行为指导是指成人为促进儿童良好行为之发展而采取科学有效的引导、培养、塑造、干预、矫正等教育方法与策略的过程。面对幼儿的一些行为问题如焦虑、退缩、攻击、多动、违纪等,幼儿园教师往往陷入的两难境地。一方面,教师认为行为问题既不利于幼儿本身发展,又会影响幼儿群体的正常教育活动,应该及时加以矫正。另一方面,教师认为自己还没有足够的知识去识别什么是幼儿正常的个性表现,什么是幼儿的行为问题,害怕如果遇到较突出的幼儿问题时常常束手无策。
Behavioral guidance refers to the process of adopting scientific and effective educational methods and strategies such as guiding, training, shaping, intervening and correcting adults to promote the development of children’s good behavior. Faced with some of the behavioral problems of young children such as anxiety, withdrawal, attack, hyperactivity, discipline, etc., kindergarten teachers are often caught in a dilemma. On the one hand, teachers think that behavioral problems are not conducive to the development of young children themselves, but also affect the normal education activities of young children and should be rectified in time. Teachers, on the other hand, do not think they have enough knowledge to identify the normal performance of young children and what are the behavioral problems of young children. They are afraid that they will often be at a loss if they encounter more prominent young children.
