Doing Well the Work of Ideological and Political Education for Employees in Enterprises As an Important Measure for Fully Completing Various Economic Work Tasks In 1999, the new conditions and new problems confronting employees in enterprises will be more complicated. In particular, at present, the reform of state-owned enterprises is in a crucial stage. Some state-owned enterprises have difficulties in production and operation. Many workers have many ideological problems and problems of understanding. Some of them have been shaking their faith in socialism and lacking in confidence in the reform. We should fully understand the importance of doing a good job in ideological and political education for workers and staff of enterprises in 1999 for the purpose of promoting the reform and development of enterprises, maintaining social stability and completing the tasks of economic work in an all-round way,
