正当今年最后一期《草原税务》编完付梓之际,喜逢具有重大历史意义的党的十六大胜利召开。连日来,自治区国税系统沉浸在巨大的喜悦之中,系统上下迅速掀起了学习、宣传十六大精神的热潮。为了促进全系统更好地学习宣传、贯彻落实十六大精神,我们赶编了一组区局和部分盟市、旗县国税局领导学习十六大精神的心得体会,据此可见全系统学习十六大精神之全貌。
Just as the last issue of this year’s Prairie Taxation was completed, the victory of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, which is of great historic significance, was held. In recent days, the tax system of the autonomous region has been immersed in tremendous joy and the ups and downs of learning and publicizing the spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress have been rapidly set off from top to bottom. In order to promote system-wide learning and publicity and to implement the spirit of the 16th CPC National Congress, we compiled a series of regional bureaus and some cities under the banner of the State Administration of Taxation to learn from the experiences of the 16th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee.
