目的:观察疏肝和胃汤联合抗溃疡西药对肝胃不和型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将85例肝胃不和型消化性溃疡患者随机分入观察组和对照组。对照组以常规抗溃疡西药治疗,观察组在此基础上加用疏肝和胃汤治疗。共治疗6周。治疗前后采用纤维胃镜检查和中医证候积分对比评价疗效。结果:经治疗后,观察组消化性溃疡面的愈合程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)且临床症状改善较对照组更加显著(P<0.01)。结论:肝和胃汤联合抗溃疡西药能促进肝胃不和型消化性溃疡患者的创面愈合,改善局部和全身症状。
Objective: To observe the Shugan and stomach soup combined anti-ulcer medicine on gastric and gastric peptic ulcer clinical efficacy. Methods: Eighty-five patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional anti-ulcer western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Shugan Hewei Decoction on the basis of this. A total of 6 weeks treatment. Before and after treatment using fiber endoscopy and TCM syndrome score evaluation of efficacy. Results: After treatment, the healing degree of peptic ulcer in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the improvement of clinical symptoms was more significant than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Liver and Stomach Decoction combined with anti-ulcer medicine can promote wound healing in patients with liver-stomach disharmony peptic ulcer and improve local and systemic symptoms.
