目的建立海马中药材的高效薄层鉴别系统,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供有效方法。方法以胆固醇和胆甾4-烯-3-酮为对照品,对海马中药材进行薄层鉴别,并考察不同提取方式,不同展开系统、不同点样量、不同薄层板、不同显色剂对海马药材薄层色谱的影响。结果经优化后的高效薄层色谱条件,海马药材鉴别斑点清晰,专属性强,分离效果好。结论该方法简单可行,重复性好,可作为海马药材的有效鉴别方法之一。
OBJECTIVE To establish a high-performance TLC system for hippocampal Chinese herbal medicines and provide an effective method for scientific evaluation and effective control of its quality.
