马克思主义政治经济学中蕴含着丰富的产业结构思想。通过对马克思的价值规律理论、技术进步理论、社会再生产理论、利润平均化理论和虚拟经济理论进行梳理,可以挖掘关于产业结构及其调整的重要论断,分析其对供给侧结构性改革的启示,认为要有效化解过剩产能、扩大中高端供给,弥补农业发展短板、提高要素配置效率、防范各类金融风险,须以马克思的产业结构思想作为制定经济政策的理论指导,构建起供给侧结构性改革的马克思主义政治经济学理论基础。
