为加强中外会计界的合作和交流,研究和探讨制定中国具体会计准则过程中遇到的问题,加紧建立适应中国社会主义市场经济体制的会计准则体系,由财政部会计司和国际合作司联合主办的会计准则国际研讨会,于1994年12月12日至15日在上海市举行。国务院副总理朱熔基向大会发来了贺信,财政部副部长张佑才到会并致词,上海市副市长孟建柱发表了书面讲话。财政部会计司司长陆兵、会计准则国内咨询专家、国际会计准则委员会主席白鸟荣一、加拿大特许会计师协会副主席布坎南、法国会计师同业公会副主席马塞纳克等,分别作了专题报告。
In order to strengthen the cooperation and exchanges between the Chinese and foreign accounting circles, study and discuss the problems encountered in the process of formulating specific Chinese accounting standards, and step up the establishment of an accounting system that meets the requirements of China’s socialist market economic system, jointly organized by the Accounting Department and the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Finance International Symposium on Accounting Standards was held in Shanghai from December 12 to December 15, 1994. Zhu Rongji, Vice Premier of the State Council, sent a congratulatory letter to the General Assembly. Vice Minister Zhang Youcai arrived at the meeting and addressed a speech. Meng Jianzhu, vice mayor of Shanghai, delivered a written speech. Mr. Lu Bing, Director of the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance, domestic consultant of accounting standards, Mr. Shiratori Shiraishi, chairman of the International Accounting Standards Board, Mr. Buchanan, vice chairman of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Canada, and Mr. Massenak, vice chairman of the French Institute of Certified Public Accountants, gave speeches respectively.
