猪囊虫尾蚴寄生于上颌骨内的病例很少报道,现介绍1例。患者杨×,男,30岁,化验员,浙江省余姚县。患者于1979年10月因硬腭正中无痛性肿胀1月来院就诊,X 线咬(牙合)片示:硬腭切牙孔区有1.5×2.0cm大小的圆形透亮阴影,诊断为“上颌骨正中囊肿”。患者因故未接受手术治疗。1982年3月,患者再次就诊,X 线咬(牙合)片显示:腭部阴影与79年的咬(牙合)片相比
