公益福彩,大爱无疆;残健同行,共拥蓝天。湖南省福利彩票发行中心联合湖南省假肢矫形康复中心共同开展的2010“福彩助残健康行”大型助残公益活动盛大起航。本次活动将投入300万元福彩公益金,集中用于省内300多名家庭贫困残疾人士安装假肢,活动重点关注资助省内新近致残人士。凡省内申请福彩资助装配假肢的贫困残疾人士均可直接到当地福彩发行机构或福彩销售网点报名,也可通过湖南电视台公共频道和潇湘晨报开通的助残活动热线进行报名。

Hunan Welfare Lottery Distribution Center jointly with the Hunan Provincial Prosthetic Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center jointly launched the 2010 “Welfare Lottery Health Welfare” large-scale disabled public service grand departure. The event will invest 3 million yuan Welfare Lottery, which focuses on the installation of artificial limbs for more than 300 poor people with disabilities in the province. The event will focus on subsidizing newly disabled people in the province. Those in the province who apply for Welfare subsidies for prosthetic limbs may apply directly to the local Welfare Issuing Agency or the Welfare Lottery outlets or register for the Disabled Activities Hotline opened on Hunan TV’s public channel and Xiaoxiang Morning News.
