国家助学贷款是帮助贫困大学生入学并完成学业的带有公益性质的信用政策贷款,它为我国高等人才的培养提供了经济上的有力保障,关系到国家的前途命运。本文就目前国家助学贷款实施过程中存在的问题及其成因进行了论述,并就如何解决这些问题提出了作者的几点思考。
The national student loan is a public service credit loan that helps poor students to enter school and complete their studies. It provides an economically strong guarantee for the cultivation of our country’s higher personnel and is related to the country’s future and destiny. This article discusses the current problems in the process of implementing the national student loans and their causes, and puts forward some thoughts on how to solve these problems.
