本文认为 ,现阶段我国在扩大内需问题上应采取的对策是 :(1)减轻储蓄压力 ,改善消费环境 ;(2 )多渠道增加居民收入 ,增强居民消费能力 ;(3)建立健全完善的社保体系 ,提高居民的即期消费倾向 ;(4)解决我国城乡贫困人口问题 ;(5 )发展消费信贷 ,促进消费需求 ;(6 )政府的公共政策支持。
This paper argues that the countermeasures that China should take in expanding domestic demand at this stage are: (1) to reduce the pressure on savings and improve the consumption environment; (2) to increase residents ’income through multiple channels and to enhance residents’ spending power; (3) to establish a sound social insurance system (4) solve the problem of poor people in urban and rural areas in our country; (5) develop consumer credit to promote consumer demand; and (6) government’s public policy support.
