中医认为鱼胆有明目和清热解毒的功效,所以民间有人吞食生鱼胆来治疗眼疾,特别是每年冬季许多人因为误食鱼胆引起鱼胆中毒。鱼胆中毒时患者出现消化道症状及心、肝、肾等器官损害。现就我院收治的43例分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料我院2005-2010年从基层医院转诊的鱼胆中毒患者共43例,男8例,女35例,年龄45～72(65±6)岁。

Now admitted to our hospital 43 cases as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information Our hospital from 2010 to 2010 referral from primary hospital fish gallbladder poisoning patients a total of 43 cases, 8 males and 35 females, aged 45 to 72 (65 6) years old.
