Question最近,笔者成功代理了一起交通事故后续治疗费赔偿案。该交通事故发生在1977年10月,受害人经治疗出院后,左脚患上慢性骨髓炎,伤口长年发炎。1979年1月,双方经调解达成了一个赔偿协议。2010年10月,受害人向诸暨市人民法院提起诉讼,要求责任方赔偿误工费、后续治疗费等损失。该案经诸暨市人民法院一审、绍兴市中级人民法院终审,最终判决责任方赔偿受害人9万多元。
Question Recently, I successfully represented a case of follow-up treatment of compensation for traffic accidents. The accident occurred in October 1977, the victim discharged after treatment, chronic osteomyelitis on the left foot, the wound inflammation for many years. In January 1979, the two sides reached a settlement agreement after mediation. In October 2010, the victim filed a lawsuit with the People’s Court of Zhuji City, requiring the responsible party to compensate for the loss of lost-work fee and follow-up treatment fees. The case by Zhuji City People’s Court of First Instance, Shaoxing Intermediate People’s Court final trial, the final verdict to compensate the victims compensation more than 90,000 yuan.
