自1970年Micklem等首先发现小鼠胸腺细胞可与其自身红细胞(ARBC)形成自身花环(A-R)后,特别是八十年代以来,自身花环形成细胞(ARFC)的性质及其作为胸腺后前体细胞(Post-thymic Precursorcell,PTPC)所具有的免疫调节功能,得到人们日益深入的研究和越来越大的重视。一、ARFC是不成熟T细胞(TC) 己经证实ARFC是不成熟TC,最近使用单克隆抗体进行分析发现ARFC的表型是OKT3~+4~+8~+DR~(-2)。人大部分胸腺细胞和少部分外周血TC具有ARBC和花生凝集素

The nature of autologous rosette forming cells (ARFC) (Post-thymic Precursorcell, PTPC) has the immunomodulatory function, get more and more in-depth research and more and more attention.
