目的调查牡丹江地区社区卫生档案从业人员现状。方法用随机抽样的方法,对牡丹江地区的4个市(县)的卫生档案从业人员进行问卷调查。结果(1)人员学历普遍偏低;(2)人员职称结构偏低,职称混乱;(3)缺乏卫生档案的专业性人才。结论对社区卫生服务人员规范管理,加强专业培训。
Objective To investigate the current situation of community health archives practitioners in Mudanjiang. Methods A random sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire survey on health archivists in four cities (counties) in Mudanjiang. Results (1) Personnel generally low academic qualifications; (2) staff structure is low, chaotic titles; (3) the lack of professional personnel files of health. Conclusions Standardized management of community health service personnel, to strengthen professional training.
