在我们党内以至社会生活中,讨 论表决某一重大问题,通行的规则是 少数服从多数。这个规则包含着民主 的“平等”与“多数决定”这两个“基 因”。但在坚持少数服从多数的前提 下,还应强调一点:多数也应尊重少 数。多数也应尊重少数,是以人为本的 本质要求。而尊重人不能挑肥拣瘦、有 亲有疏,应该上级、下级一视同仁。多 数、少数一律平等。否则,以人为本就 容易走样变形,难以做到完整准确、科 学规范。
In our party and even in our social life, we discuss the voting on a major issue. The rule of thumb is that the minority obey the majority. This rule contains the two “genes” of “equality” and “majority decision” of democracy. However, on the premise of adhering to the minority obedience majority, one more point should be emphasized: the majority should respect the minority as well.
