本文前瞻性研究分娩中的生物物理指数是否如同脐带血气分析和Apgar评分一样及对足月妊娠分娩期胎心率(FHR)监测同样是一项有价值的辅助手段。生物物理指数记分,最高为10分。胎儿呼吸运动:30分钟内,≥30秒钟的呼吸≥1次为2分。胎儿活动:30分钟内不连贯的身躯或肢体活动≥3次为2分。肌张力:胎儿肢体或躯干主动伸缩并恢复至屈曲状态,≥1次为2分,伸掌或握拳动作也视为肌张力正常。FHR反应:在20分钟内,随着胎儿活动出现,≥15bpm的、持续≥15秒的胎心加速≥2次为2分。羊水量:在2个垂直平面测得≥2 cm为2分。作者对95例进行了250项生物物理指数测定。其中64例,在分娩的开始、中期及末期均作了生物物理指数评分。结果发现,生物物理指数≥8分的
This prospective study of biophysical indices of labor during childbirth is as valuable as cord blood gas analysis and Apgar scores and is also a valuable adjunct to fetal heart rate (FHR) monitoring during term gestation. Biophysical index score, up to 10 points. Fetal breathing exercise: 30 minutes, ≥ 30 seconds of breathing ≥ 1 times for 2 minutes. Fetal activity: Inconsistent body or limb activity within 30 minutes ≥ 3 times for 2 points. Muscle tension: fetal limbs or torso active retraction and recovery to flexion, ≥ 1 times for 2 points, stretching or fist movements are also considered normal muscle tone. FHR Response: Fetal acceleration ≥2bpm with ≥15bpm for ≥15 sec ≥2 for 2 minutes in 20 minutes. Amniotic fluid volume: 2 points measured in 2 vertical planes ≥ 2 cm. The authors conducted a total of 250 biophysical indices of 95 patients. Sixty-four of these patients had a biophysical index score at the beginning, middle, and end of delivery.
