随着电商的发展，网购受到越来越多人的青睐，并且已经成为消费者进行日常购物的渠道之一。但与之配套的物流服务，尤其是快递服务业却备受诟病。究其原因，主要是快递行业准入门槛低、发展速度快、企业数量多，规模普遍较小，而导致缺乏统一的行业标准，服务水平参差不齐。
