目的研究超微养心安神汤对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠神经内分泌因子及心肌组织的影响。方法给予Wistar大鼠连续6周腹腔注射阿霉素复制CHF动物模型,实验分为正常对照组、模型组、西药对照组、超微养心安神汤高剂量组(中药高剂量组)、超微养心安神汤低剂量组(中药低剂量组)。喂养4周后,免疫组化法检测大鼠血清中神经内分泌因子心钠素(ANP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)的含量,观测大鼠心肌组织结构变化。结果中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组大鼠血清ANP、ALD、AngⅡ含量均低于西药对照组(P<0.05),中药高、低剂量组组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药高、低剂量组心肌组织结构受损最小。结论超微养心安神汤可抑制大鼠神经内分泌因子释放,从而减轻心肌损伤。
Objective To study the effect of Nao Wei Yang Xin Shen Tang on neuroendocrine factors and myocardial tissue in chronic heart failure (CHF) rats. Methods Wistar rats were given intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin for 6 weeks to establish the model of CHF. The experiment was divided into three groups: normal control group, model group, western medicine control group, high-dose group of Weiao Yangxin Anshen Decoction (high-dose group) Yang Xin sedative soup low dose group (traditional Chinese medicine low dose group). Four weeks after feeding, the levels of ANP, Ang II and ALD in serum of rats were detected by immunohistochemistry and the changes of myocardial tissue structure were observed. Results The contents of ANP, ALD and AngⅡ in high-dose group and low-dose group were lower than those in western medicine group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between high and low dose group (P> 0.05) Chinese medicine high and low dose group myocardial tissue damage the smallest. Conclusion Nourishing Yin and Soothing Decoction can inhibit the release of neuroendocrine factors in rats, thereby reducing myocardial injury.
