为了解本地人群弓形虫感染水平,引起对致先天畸形三因素之一的弓形虫的关注,认真探讨防治对策。作者用IHA法对学生、干部、教师、饮食和服务行业健康人群1267人作弓形虫抗体检测。 调查结果:感染率为2.29%,抗体GMT1:341。近期和活动期感染分别占44.83%和31.34%。经显著性检验,不同年龄和地区之间感染率无显著差异,而男性阳性率(3.33%)明显高于女性(1.59%)。调查说明,在本地区县(市)有弓形虫感染存在的现实和潜在危害性,应引起重视。在遵义市读书的省内其他地区
To understand the local population of Toxoplasma gondii infection levels, causing congenital malformations caused by one of the three factors of Toxoplasma gondii careful to explore prevention and control measures.
