“时间像小马车,时间像小马车……”踏上教育的讲台已经七年,我担任低段语文教学。在七年的教学生涯中,我深刻地体会到低段孩子的天真活泼与善于表现自我的童真。课堂是活的,是教师与学生互动的过程。语文知识重在积累,每个班级难免有不完成作业、学习习惯较差的学生。作为教师,首先要做的,就是摆正心态,不能因为这些学生的特殊性,而放弃对他们的转化。同时,也要了解后进生的转化是一个漫长的工作,如
