我公司在深圳特区担任海丰苑B塔(衡山阁)施工任务,该楼为井字形框筒结构,地下一层,裙房三层,共三十四层,顶标高96m,采用意大利MCA4213内爬塔吊作为主要垂直运输设备,另辅助1台室外电梯,解决了主体和装修的垂直运输任务,仅用6天时间,安全地将塔吊从一百余米高处拆下,保证了海丰苑按合同工期竣工。一、拆除方案的确定意大利MCA4213内爬塔吊自身高度30.5m,标准节为8节,每节2.5m。前臂在B塔安装长度36m(最大长度42m,共分为7节,每节6m)。后臂长16.8m,由两节组成。全机重27t。42m臂长处可吊重1.35t,最大吊重4.5t,为60～70t·m级中型塔吊。
