人文精神的核心主张以人为本,而中职卫校培养在医疗岗位上救死扶伤的医药人才的性质突出了中职卫校对学生进行人文精神教育的必要性和重要性。进行人文精神教育任重而道远,需要科学的语文教学为基础,同时结合中职卫校人文精神教育存在的问题及成因,才能提出进行人文精神教育正确的、科学的策略。本文从中国传统语文教学中的人文精神教育出发,简单论述在中职卫校语文教学中进行人文精神教育的价值,并分析中职卫校人文精神教育的现状及成因,同时提出中职卫校语文教学中人文精神教育的实施策略,为中职卫校人文精神的实践提供参考、借鉴的意义,使其得到完善和发展。
The core of the humanistic spirit advocates people-oriented, and the nature of the medical personnel trained by vocational medical schools to save and wreck their medical positions highlights the necessity and importance of vocational education for students’ humane spirit education.
