近年,宁波市企业技术创新载体数量不断增加,R&D经费投入稳步提高,并呈现向制造业投入集中的特征,但是经费投入中基础研究和应用研究经费投入不足,发明专利比例偏低。总体来说,与国内其他城市相比宁波科技创新载体发展基础还比较薄弱,技术创新机构规模效益递减,其总体创新效率不容乐观。
In recent years, the number of carriers of technological innovation in enterprises in Ningbo has been constantly increasing. The R & D expenditure has been steadily increasing and the investment in manufacturing has been concentrated. However, the investment in basic and applied research is insufficient, and the proportion of invention patents is low. In general, compared with other cities in China, the foundation for the development of science and technology innovation carriers in Ningbo is still relatively weak, and the scale efficiency of technological innovation institutions diminishes. The overall innovation efficiency is not optimistic.
