锯齿缘截离因其解剖特点,形成的裂孔形态,临床过程、眼底特征均别具一格,手术方法也有其特点。本文通过作者5年来(1979—1984),对56侧61只眼的临床观察和手术操作,作一总结,并提出一手术计算法。临床资料56例中男48例(其中双眼5例),女8例,男:女为6:1.年龄最小11岁,最大45岁,其中25岁以下的36例。24例有外伤史。截离部位52只眼在颞下象限范围,只有9例在其他部位。合并有其他部位裂孔者11
