在西方美术史上,印象派是在吸收、借鉴东方绘画语言的基础上形成的,像马奈、莫奈、德加等都十分喜爱日本浮世绘,自印象派以后,西方现代艺术家们也借鉴东方艺术语言,像惠司勒、凡·高、高更、劳特雷克、克里姆特等欧洲绘画大师也都受东方艺术影响。需要指出的是,西方大师借鉴日本浮世绘的构图和色彩,借鉴中国的瓷器元素,而对中国绘画艺术特别是水墨画艺术则鲜有研究。中国传统水墨画
In western art history, Impressionism is formed on the basis of absorbing and borrowing the oriental painting language. For example, Manet, Claude Monet and Degas are very fond of Japanese Ukiyo-e.
