本文简要介绍了目前研究较多的几种陶瓷驱动器 ,包括多层片式、d31 (d33)双 (单 )晶片式、陶瓷 -金属复合模式、RAINBOW等 ,并对它们各自的优缺点进行了简单的评述。同时介绍了用于制作驱动器的几种主要陶瓷材料。
In this paper, we briefly introduce several kinds of ceramic actuators that are currently under study, including multi-layer chip, d31 (d33) dual (single) chip, ceramic-metal composite mode, RAINBOW and so on. Comment. Also describes several major ceramic materials used to make the drive.
