我国企业的领导管理体制,由原来的党委领导下的厂长、经理负责制转为现在的厂长(经理)负责制,是社会主义有计划商品经济条件下现代企业发展的客观要求,而同时坚持实行企业职工的民主管理又是由社会主义企业生产资料公有制性质和企业职工的社会主义经济政治地位所决定的,也是厂长(经理)作为企业职工总体组成重要成员的充分体现。实行厂长(经理)负责制与企业职工民主管理相结合,可以说是社会主义现代企业管理制度改革的重大转变和必然要求,是增强企业活力、提高经济效益的基本保证。
