利用施工中多余的胶合板废料,可制做胶合板踢脚。它不但具有木踢脚的装饰效果,而且成本低,省木料,易擦洗,比较美观,又丰富踢脚做法。胶合板踢脚构造见下图,由镶条、胶合板、压条和垫木等组成。施工操作主要步骤:1.按照设计要求,加工镶条、胶合板、压条和垫木。镶条和压条的外露面用净刨刮平。胶合板用锯拉成板块,愈长愈好。板面纹路与长向一致,两侧避免起槎或掉肉,有毛边处宜用净刨轻轻刮一遍,保持整齐。
