Stem cells have tremendous potential applications. The induction of pluripotent stem cells (iPS), which can be transformed by the patient’s own cells to reduce the immunogenicity, carries more expectations. However, stem cell therapy poses serious challenges such as serious side effects. We found that the ability and speed of iPS to adhere to endothelial cells (ECs) greater than the ability of iPSs to migrate out of blood vessels may be the cause of stem cell plugs.
