目的:观察纤维粘连蛋白(FN)在人第三恒磨牙的成牙本质细胞层及其附近的表达.方法:免疫组化染色.结果:在无龋的恒牙,FN在成牙本质细胞与前期牙本质界面的染色较强,阳染于成牙本质细胞间及突起.在人浅、中龋的恒牙,当尚未出现明显继发性牙本质时,成牙本质细胞层及前期牙本质的FN阳染增强.结论:FN在维持成牙本质细胞功能、调节组织修复方面起着重要作用
Objective: To observe the expression of fibronectin (FN) in and around the odontoblasts of third permanent molars. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining. Results: FN was strongly stained in odontoblasts and predental dentin interface in carious permanent teeth, and was positive for staining between odontoblasts and protuberances. In shallow, carious permanent teeth, when there is no obvious secondary dentin, odontoblasts and pre-dentin FN positive staining increased. Conclusion: FN plays an important role in maintaining the function of odontoblasts and regulating tissue repair
