The national report on the work on family planning was held in Beijing from December 13 to 20, 1976. Attending the meeting were deputy chiefs of family planning leading groups and office chiefs of various provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and the whole army and, in part, 100 comrades of the county party committee, relevant ministries and commissions under the State Council, Beijing higher education institutions and news agencies.
