本文报道一种简易、实用的旋转玻璃碳电极装置与示波极谱仪联用,在0.2M NaCl~0.1MHClO_4支持电解质中用阳极溶出伏安法测定痕量汞的条件。汞在0.005~0.5微克/毫升浓度范围内,峰电流与浓度呈直线关系。测定下限可达0.1ppb,达到了脉冲极谱阳极溶出法测定汞的灵敏度。本法操作简单,选择性好,设备费用低,适用于饮用水及外排废水中痕量汞的测定。
In this paper, a simple and practical spin-on glassy carbon electrode device and oscillopolarographic polarographic instrument was used to determine the trace mercury by anodic stripping voltammetry in a 0.2M NaCl ~ 0.1MHClO_4 supported electrolyte. Mercury in the 0.005 ~ 0.5 micrograms / ml concentration range, the peak current and concentration showed a linear relationship. The lower limit of determination can reach 0.1ppb, which achieves the sensitivity of pulsed polarographic anodic dissolution method to determine mercury. This method is simple, good selectivity, low cost of equipment, suitable for the determination of trace mercury in drinking water and effluent discharge.
