〔目的〕通过对食品中β-溶血性链球菌检验技术的研究,选择操作性强、证实方法简便准确、检测周期较短的检验技术,为今后修订国家标准,向国际标准化靠拢提供有利依据。〔方法〕利用胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤TSB增菌液、哥伦比亚CNA血琼脂平板厌氧培养、API20STREP生化鉴定试剂盒及常规生化鉴定检测食品中的β-溶血性链球菌。〔结果〕试验结果显示,本方法适用于β-溶血性链球菌的培养、分离与鉴定。胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤TSB增菌液、哥伦比亚CNA血琼脂平板的增菌、分离效果优于GB/T4789.11-2003中的葡萄糖肉浸液肉汤和普通血琼脂。〔结论〕API 20 STREP快速鉴定系统更是为简化操作程序,缩短检测周期提供有效方法。
[Objective] Through the study of β-hemolytic streptococcal test in food, this paper chooses the test method which is easy to operate, confirms the method is simple and accurate, and the test cycle is short, which will provide favorable basis for the future revision of national standards and closer international standardization. [Method] The β-hemolytic streptococcus in food was detected by TSB-enriched broth of Tryptone Soy Broth, anaerobic culture of CNA blood agar plate in Colombia, API20STREP biochemical identification kit and routine biochemical identification. [Results] The test results show that the method is suitable for the culture, separation and identification of β-hemolytic streptococcus. Trypticase soy broth TSB enrichment broth, Columbia CNA blood agar plate enrichment, the separation effect is better than GB / T4789.11-2003 in the glucose meat broth and ordinary blood agar. Conclusion The API 20 STREP rapid identification system is an effective method to simplify the operation procedure and shorten the test cycle.
