“高群众一格,带群众一片”。就是要求共产党员做到:技术业务上精于群众,安全生产上好于群众,工作质量上优于群众。今年以来,北京铁路分局各级党组织在2.2万多名共产党员中开展这一活动,并以此作为围绕经济工作加强党的建设的具体体现,使党员模范作用得以充分发挥,有效地带动了群众,推动了工作。
