第一条 为推动困难职工帮扶中心(以下简称“帮扶中心”)建设,促进帮扶中心规范运作,根据《中华全国总工会关于建立困难职工帮扶中心的意见》制定本办法。
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the “Opinions of All-China Federation of Trade Unions on Establishing Assistance Centers for Difficult Workers and Staff Members” in order to promote the construction of help centers for needy employees (hereinafter referred to as “help centers”), facilitate the standard operation of support centers.
