县政府办公室是县政府的参谋机构,搞好调查研究,运用调查研究的成果指导和推动工作,是办公室的重要职能。几年来,我办大兴调查研究之风,为领导决策服务,取得了较好的效果。仅1989年,我们撰写调查报告、工作研究材料25篇,被上级采用22篇,其中,中央级8篇。有的还被一些报刊转载和摘用,在全省和全国有了一定的影响。我们运用调研成果,发挥调研效益的体会有三:
