Ⅰ钙对水稻与西红柿生育的影响为了减轻土壤因重金属污染所产生的毒害作用,常采用移土和多量施用石灰物质等措施。人们认为对于含过量重金属的土壤,施加大量石灰物质,它不仅使土壤的 PH 值提高,而且由于钙本身对植物体有直接作用,因而能减轻重金属的毒害。本文使用铜、锰、锌、镉及铅等重金属,以对试地钙浓度较大而生长良好的西红柿及对试地钙浓度不大灵敏的水稻为对象,从有关钙的生理作用出发,对钙减轻重金属毒害作用程度进行了探讨。培养液成分:水稻基本培养液成分为氮(3mM),磷(0.3mM),钾(0.8mM),
Ⅰ Effects of Calcium on the Growth of Rice and Tomato To reduce the poisoning effect of soil due to heavy metal pollution, measures such as soil removal and large amount of lime material are often used. It is believed that the application of a large amount of lime material to soils containing an excessive amount of heavy metals not only increases the pH of the soil but also reduces the toxicity of heavy metals due to the direct effect of calcium itself on the plant body. In this paper, heavy metals such as copper, manganese, zinc, cadmium and lead were used to study the physiological effects of calcium on tomatoes grown well on test sites and less sensitive ones on test sites.
