为了降低注塑过程参数优化方法在优化过程中付出的实验代价,提出将广泛应用于电路设计优化问题的主动空间映射方法应用于注塑过程参数优化问题,利用带惩罚项的参数提取方法解决迭代过程中存在的参数提取结果不唯一的问题.该方法利用不精确模型的结果以及少量的实验结果,获得使制品满足尺寸指标的过程参数,从而减少实验代价.通过在Moldflow仿真平台上的仿真及结果分析,表明了方法的有效性.
In order to reduce the experimental cost of the optimization method of injection molding process in the optimization process, the active spatial mapping method which is widely used in the circuit design optimization problem is proposed to be applied in the parameter optimization of injection molding process. The parameter extraction method with penalty item is used to solve the iterative process The existing parameter extraction results are not unique.This method uses the results of inaccurate model and a small amount of experimental results to obtain the process parameters that make the product meet the size index so as to reduce the experimental cost.Through the simulation on Moldflow simulation platform and the result analysis , Shows the effectiveness of the method.
